In our non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, we prioritize body liberation and holistic well-being.
Each session is designed to be inclusive of all body shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

Things you will learn with CUATRO:
Learn EASY and SIMPLE workouts inclusive for all body shapes, sizes and disabilities!
Learn the MUSCLE GROUPS, name them and understand how they work
Participate in a Monthly Community Coaching Call every first Tuesday of the month, where you'll connect with other body liberationist community members. Dive deep into discussions about fat phobia, diet culture, white supremacy, capitalism, colonialism, and fat liberation. Let’s build community to end weight stigma together!
Be in an all-inclusive COMMUNITY with other Non-Diet and HAES aligned friends!
